Hovhannes Avoyan, CEO

Hovhannes Avoyan is a computer science veteran with 24 years of programming and management experience, member of technology professionals associations, president and board member of IT associations, held senior managerial and executive positions in Brience Inc. and Lycos-Europe, where he built a team of Lycos Armenia starting from 30 to more than 200 people company, and is presently member of the Board of Directors. 

His management style is to encourage creativity, learning, collaboration, delegate responsibilities, encourage hard work, create intellectual stimulus and challenges, make work interesting and fun.  The great success of the team is due to our dedication to these principles.

Armen Gharibyan CTO

Armen has 20 years of CS experience.  He had managed software engineering teams of up to 50 members, including project management and team leadership, architectural design and development.  As Head of Development Department in Lycos Armenia, he was responsible for development of Billing, Community and Communications blocks.
